To Deliver our range of products and to follow the Sports Plus ethos, we only use experienced and highly qualified coaches. The coach has an important role to play in enabling all children to become independent learners and develop in all sports & activities.
New Staff must complete an Internal Training Programme, including observations of our Coach Educators and current members of Senior Staff at there schools.
This gives Sports Plus the confidence we are all delivering the same level of service to all our clients.
We currently require the following members of staff:

- NGB Level 2 Qualification
- Other NGB Level 1 Qualifications an Advantage
- Own Transport Essential
- Previous experience working with children
- Enhanced CRB Disclosure
